Search for Miss Philippines-Shizuoka 2012 Regional Competition

Requirements:

-Original copy of Birth Certificate authenticated by the NSO if applicant was born in the Philippines.
-Original copy of Report of Birth from the Philippine Embassy if applicant was born in a foreign country.
-CTC of High School diploma if applicant graduated in the Philippines.
-School certification if applicant is enrolled in Senior High School here in Japan.
-Philippine / Japanese / Foreigh Passport
-Close-up and full body photos
-Written consent of parents if applicant is 17 years old.

Qualification:

-Single with pleasing personality
-17 - 25 years old
-At least 5 feet and 4 inches tall (5’4”)
-With Filipino roots; either both parents are Filipino or Filipino-Foreigner
-A resident of Japan for at least 1 year
-Property Documented
-Can speak Tagalog or any other Filipino dialect (fluency not necessary)
-At least a High School graduate or a Senior H.S. student
-With Good Moral Character

Contest Date: June 10, 2012
Time: 1:00 P.M. - 3:30 P.M.
Venue: Entame Club, 2F 920 bldg., 250-3 Tengoshihara. Suruga-ku, Shizuoka-shi
